Warehouse Worker (Picker) – ROHLIK Online Grocery
Locations

Requirements
- Men, women and couples (18–50 years)
- Czech work visa / EU passport / Temporary Protection
- Physically fit for walking-intensive work
- Able to work in warm and chilled zones (+9 to +10°C)
Job Role
- Pick items using handheld scanner
- Scan and place goods into baskets
- Follow warehouse workflow
- Meet productivity norms (after training)
Compensation
- 185 CZK/hr – 1st month (during employer change)
- 170 CZK/hr – after 150 hours
- 180 CZK/hr – after 2000 hours
- Monthly salary paid between 15th–20th
- Weekly advances available
Work Schedule
- 8–10 hour shifts
- Start: 02:30–12:30
- End: 09:00–22:00
- Some early morning or night shifts
- First 7 days: hourly pay only
- Performance norm required: minimum 90% (after training)
Training
- 7 days full training provided
Accommodation
- 6,000 CZK/month
- 2–3 persons per room
- Deducted from salary
