Job Description

The Italian Cook will be responsible for preparing authentic Italian dishes while maintaining quality, taste, and hygiene standards. The role includes cooking pasta, pizza, sauces, and other Italian menu items, supporting daily kitchen operations, and ensuring timely service. Candidates should be skilled, organized, and able to work efficiently in a professional kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Italian dishes such as pasta, pizza, sauces, and starters
• Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of food
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen areas
• Follow food safety and kitchen standards
• Assist with menu preparation and daily kitchen operations
• Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth service
• Follow instructions from head chef and management

Requirements

• Male or female candidates aged between 25–38 years
• Nationality: Egypt, Morocco, Nepali, or Thai
• Previous experience as an Italian Cook preferred
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Physically fit, disciplined, and responsible
• Willingness to work long-term
