Job Description
The Waitress will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests in a hotel or restaurant environment. The role includes taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. Candidates should be polite, energetic, and customer-focused.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and take food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks according to service standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle basic requests
- Set up, clear, and maintain tables and dining areas
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service areas
- Follow restaurant or hotel service procedures
- Work closely with kitchen and service team
Requirements
- Female candidates aged between 25–38 years
- Nationality: Filipino, Nepali, or Thai
- Previous waitress or hospitality experience preferred
- Basic communication skills in English
- Well-groomed, polite, and customer-oriented
- Physically fit and able to work long hours
- Willingness to work in a hotel or restaurant environment
