Job Description
The Hotel Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining hotel facilities and ensuring smooth daily operations. The role includes handling basic electrical, plumbing, and general repair work to keep guest rooms and common areas in good condition. Candidates should be reliable, skilled, and able to respond quickly to maintenance requests.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair work in hotel rooms and public areas
- Handle basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues
- Inspect hotel facilities and equipment for faults or damage
- Respond to maintenance requests from hotel staff
- Maintain tools and ensure work areas are clean and safe
- Follow hotel safety standards and maintenance procedures
Requirements
- Male candidates aged between 25–38 years
- Nationality: Indian
- Previous hotel or building maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or general repairs
- Physically fit and able to work long hours
- Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented
- Willingness to work in a hotel environment
