Job Description
The Kitchen Assistant will support chefs and kitchen staff in daily kitchen operations. The role includes assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring hygiene standards are followed. Candidates should be hardworking, responsible, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks
- Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables and ingredients
- Clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Support kitchen staff during service hours
- Follow kitchen rules, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Candidates aged between 25–38 years
- Nationality: Egypt or Tunisia
- Previous kitchen or hotel experience preferred
- Physically fit and able to work long hours
- Disciplined, responsible, and team-oriented
- Willingness to work in a kitchen environment
