Job Description

The Buffet Cook will be responsible for preparing and presenting buffet food items while maintaining quality, taste, and hygiene standards. The role includes cooking large quantities of food, refilling buffet stations, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Candidates should be skilled, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced hotel or restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare buffet dishes according to menu and standards
  • Cook food in bulk while maintaining quality and taste
  • Refill buffet counters and ensure proper food presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and buffet areas
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth service
  • Assist in kitchen preparation and daily operations

Requirements

  • Nationality: Egypt or Tunisia
  • Age between 25–38 years
  • Previous experience as Buffet Cook preferred
  • Knowledge of buffet-style cooking and food handling
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently
  • Physically fit and disciplined
  • Willingness to work long-term
