JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for experienced Van Salesmen for the Fresh Food and FMCG industry in the UAE. The selected candidates will be responsible for selling fresh food products directly to retail stores and customers, managing product distribution, and ensuring timely deliveries. The role requires strong sales skills, route management ability, and excellent customer relationship management. Candidates must have experience in FMCG or fresh food sales and should be able to work independently while meeting daily sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sell fresh food products to retailers and customers
Manage product distribution and deliveries
Maintain strong relationships with customers
Monitor stock levels and handle product returns
Plan efficient delivery routes
Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback
Ensure proper handling and storage of fresh products
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in Fresh Food or FMCG sales
Valid UAE driving license required
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage delivery routes
Basic math skills for handling sales transactions
Physically fit and able to handle product deliveries
