JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring Automotive Factory Workers for automotive manufacturing facilities in Germany, mainly within BMW production plants located in Bavaria. The selected candidates will work on automotive assembly lines and support vehicle manufacturing operations. The role involves assembling automotive parts, installing vehicle components, and ensuring production quality standards are maintained. Candidates should be physically fit, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a structured industrial production environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work on automotive production assembly lines
Install vehicle components and mechanical parts
Assemble automotive parts according to production standards
Perform quality control checks on components
Follow factory production procedures and guidelines
Meet daily production targets and safety standards
REQUIREMENTS
Physically fit for factory work
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work on assembly production lines
German or English language knowledge (A2 level)
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
