We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field service operations, team leadership, and customer support within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate field service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site with clients.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor manpower & resources for service tasks.
• Maintain excellent client relationships and provide technical support.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Train and mentor technicians to improve service quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in field service supervision (preferably in the manufacturing industry).
• Strong knowledge of maintenance, troubleshooting, and field operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.
• Must be willing to travel as per project requirements.
