JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring experienced Marketing Executives for the Insurance and Credit Card sector in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting financial products, generating leads, and closing sales through direct marketing and client interaction.

This role requires strong sales ability, communication skills, and a target-driven mindset. Candidates must have prior UAE experience in insurance or credit card sales and should be comfortable working in a competitive, performance-based environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote and sell insurance or credit card products to clients
• Generate leads through field work, networking, and references
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct client meetings and explain product benefits clearly
• Follow up with potential clients and close sales deals
• Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions

REQUIREMENTS

• UAE Insurance / Credit Card experience is mandatory
• Must have valid UAE Driving License
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and result-oriented personality
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of financial products and sales process
