JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring experienced Business Development Executives for the Insurance and Credit Card sector in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate must be highly target-driven, confident in client interactions, and capable of identifying and converting new leads into long-term business. This position requires strong market understanding, sales expertise, and the ability to work in a competitive environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the market
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Promote insurance and credit card products effectively
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Negotiate deals and close business successfully
- Maintain sales reports and track performance metrics
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have valid UAE Driving License
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and professional mindset
- Ability to handle clients and close deals independently
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or financial services preferred
