Job Description

• Assist the chef in preparing and cooking fish and seafood dishes
• Clean, cut, and portion fish and other ingredients as instructed
• Prepare sauces, garnishes, and side dishes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed
• Help with dish plating and presentation during busy hours
