- Clean, scale, and fillet fish as instructed by the chef
- Remove bones and prepare fish portions for cooking
- Keep fish preparation areas clean and sanitized
- Wash dishes, kitchen tools, and cooking equipment
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, sinks, and storage areas
- Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene standards
- Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and preparation tasks
