JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring Industrial Engineers for a manufacturing and engineering project in Turkey. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing production processes, improving efficiency, and optimizing operational workflows.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, process optimization skills, and the ability to work closely with production and engineering teams to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze existing production processes and identify improvement areas
- Optimize workflows to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Support production planning and resource management
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams
- Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Implement process improvement strategies and best practices
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of process optimization and production planning
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
