Job Description
The Bakery / Pastry Assistant will support bakers and pastry chefs in daily bakery operations. The role includes assisting with preparation of bakery and pastry items, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring hygiene standards are followed. Candidates should be hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a bakery or kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of bakery and pastry items
- Measure and prepare ingredients as instructed
- Help with baking, decorating, and finishing products
- Clean baking tools, equipment, and work areas
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Support bakery team during daily production
Requirements
- Female candidates aged between 25–38 years
- Nationality: Filipino
- Previous bakery or pastry experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of baking or pastry work is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to work long hours
- Disciplined, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to work in a bakery or pastry kitchen environment
