Seasonal Agricultural Worker – Berry Harvest (Poland)
Start Dates

Requirements
- Age 18–55
- Physically fit for outdoor work
- Ready to work in sun, rain, heat and cold
- Motivated and team-oriented
Job Role
- Strawberry picking (tunnels)
- Blueberry weeding and field maintenance
- Blueberry and raspberry picking
- Planting, sorting and field cleaning
- Machinery operation (for experienced workers)
Salary
- Strawberry picking: 2.5 PLN/kg
- Weeding/Sorting: 20 PLN/hr
- Performance bonus: up to 23 PLN/hr
- Guaranteed minimum: 4,000 PLN NET/month
- Average earnings: 4,000 PLN+
Work Schedule
- Start time: 6:00–8:00 AM
- Work duration: 10–12 hours per day
- 6 days per week
- Sunday off
Accommodation
- Free accommodation near workplace
- 3–5 persons per room
- Couples: separate room (two couples together)
